The Housesafe Professional Consultancy follows referenced Australian Standards from the NCC and ensures the five elements of Contract Law are implemented i.e. Instruction, Offer, Valuable Consideration, Acceptance & Acknowledgement
Housesafe Professional Consultancy is to help Consultants provide professional services while limiting their risk of litigation and error. Clients purchasing property will be taken hand-in-hand around and shown what it is you see.
Qualified Housesafe Professional Consultants will have 24/7 access to an industry expert and must join the Housesafe Foundation for ongoing professional advice and support needed.

REFUND POLICY
Once bookings are acknowledged and are paid in full, there are no refunds.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances like hospitalisation due to sickness or accident preventing your attendance you can rebook a later date and time.
Proof of hospitalisation or unforeseen circumstances will be required to obtain such a refund.
A 5% refund fee will be applicable at the time to cover bank fees and other associated costs.
